1. Services Offered

Premiere Tax Group provides: tax preparation and filing services; tax coaching and business education; online courses and training programs (including the Premiere Tax Business Academy); digital products including PLR content, templates, workbooks, and marketing materials; and live and recorded info sessions, workshops, and training events.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services and products is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the agreed installment amounts on the scheduled dates.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Missed installment payments may result in suspension of access to services or products
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent suspension of services

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery of course access, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you have a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our forms or enrollment process, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Premiere Tax Group regarding service updates, event reminders, promotional offers, and follow-up communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, training programs, templates, and digital products created by Premiere Tax Group are protected by U.S. copyright law.

• Courses and Training: Licensed for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling course content without written permission is prohibited.
• PLR Products: Licensed as specified in the individual product license. Resale is permitted within the scope of the license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by Premiere Tax Group constitutes legal, financial, or professional tax advice for your specific situation. Tax laws are subject to change. Always consult a licensed tax professional for advice tailored to your circumstances. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premiere Tax Group, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, reproduce or exploit our content without written permission, or interfere with our services or systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
